What is an annual maintenance contract?
Our annual fire safety and electrical maintenance contracts provide business owners and senior managers across the UK with total peace of mind that they are complaint with the latest regulations and ensure their equipment is fully operational 100% of the time.
What’s included?
- Annual or six monthly servicing of fire alarms to BS5839
- Annual or six monthly servicing of fire extinguishers to BS5306
- Fire risk assessments and reviews
- Servicing of all electrical devices
- Servicing of security alarms and emergency lighting
- CCTV surveys and inspections
- CCTV cleaning and camera operational checks
