Achieving sustainable growth

From very early on, we always understood the importance of over-delivering for customers.

So many new businesses choose “quick wins” for cash in the bank over building longer term relationships. But we knew that investing in the customer upfront would be the best investment we could make.

We took our time learning about our customers’ needs, getting to know them personally and what was important to them so we knew how to impress them.

This future focused approach has enabled us to achieve long term sustainable growth.

Now, we’re a team of 6 electricians, including one apprentice.

We invest in the next generation and strive to give back to our community. 

All of these long-term activities are noticed by our customers. From small domestic jobs to large construction projects, our customers see we’re here for the long-run.

If we could give any advice to new businesses starting out it would be to invest in your most valuable assets: your customers and your employees.

Always over-deliver, then your employees pay for themselves.
