When renovating a property, it is vitally important that you ensure the electrics are in full working order before doing any structural or cosmetic upgrades.

Whether you’re intending to live in the property, sell it or rent it out; conducting a full rewire gives you peace of mind that the property is safe and fully compliant.

If you are carrying out a full refurbishment, and before you start plastering walls and making cosmetic changes additions, we can help survey a property to see if it requires a full rewire. When carrying out a rewire, the best time to do so is at the start of the renovation, especially if you want to have the electrics chased-in to the walls as opposed to trunked via plastic units that are attached to the walls.

We have regularly worked on residential, commercial and industrial unit rewires and fitted our schedule or works around other tradespeople, adhering to strict deadlines. We administer a first-fix of the rewiring process and then leave the site in order for other trades to carry out essential tasks relating to the requirements of the renovation. If it is appropriate and safe to do so, we will ensure there is a power source available so generators are not needed. We then return to carry out the second-fix which can include new kitchen installations and bathrooms.
