And she’s 30!

Ashleigh may be on the other side of the world right now but it doesn’t stop her keeping us in check.

When she asked us if she could work abroad for 18 months, our first question was “you’re not leaving us though are you?!”

She has been with us for over three years, helping with our accounts, administrative tasks, social media and applying for tenders. With her support, we’ve secured some recent big contract wins, the latest one was whilst she was in Peru.

At Safeguard we want to support our staff in achieving their dreams.

It’s all about give and take; when you have a good worker who cares about your business, it’s important to care about them too.

So it was a no brainer agreeing to for Ash to work remotely for 18 months.

We wish her all the best and are proud of everything she’s doing!

We hope she’s celebrating her 30th birthday in Colombia in style (and safely!).
